P A Collacott & Company were appointed to undertake the design and build of the Electrical and Mechanical including our in-house Building Energy Management Systems Services to the existing main church and new extension.

A scheme was raised prior to our appointment which was over specified to the client's budget, requirement and available space.  We took the project on as a design and build contract and delivered both phase 1 & 2 of this to budget without compromising the final product.  P A Collacott worked closely with the end user and project team throughout design development stage of the project for the full mechanical and electrical services package.
