P A Collacott carried out full electrical installation on the project on behalf of SES Engineering Services,

The project was to provide prestigious and sustainable office accommodation within the historic Smithfield area of Farringdon. The work covered two basement levels, ten storey offices and the roof plant areas.

Full electrical mains and life safety back up supplies were installed along with all associated steel cable containment systems. Distribution, Small Power, Lighting and Emergency lighting systems were fully installed and commissioned. A fully networked Simmtronic lighting control system was provided.

The finished project has left a legacy of a high-quality built environment to enable the best tenants to be attracted by the owners.

The technical level of system integration on this project was used as a training environment to enable P A Collacott engineers to be fully conversant with all types and processes within the electrical installation.

Safety of the workforce and suitable Knowledge, Skills, Experience and behaviors were all priorities used to bring a successful completion to our works. The project is a shining example with our vast portfolio.
