P A Collacott & co were employed to carry out full building electrical isolation to enable the building to be stripped back to the existing concrete frame. Once demolition was completed a full building energy management system was provided to control all the new plant installed under the de-carbonisation brief.

The electrical services we upgraded to encompass new incoming supply, submain and distribution boards alongside upgraded energy efficient lighting controls, new luminaires. Cat A electrical services and containment were installed ahead of the tenants occupying the building.

The building is now part of the ever-growing future bio science stock available on the Science Park and the project was a showcase for P A Collacott & CO to provide a combined electrical and building Energy management solution under one banner.
